Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 May 2026

These terms govern your use of Farhena (farhena.com). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Farhena lets couples design a personalised digital wedding invitation, manage their guest list, share unique guest links, and track RSVPs. Some features require a paid plan.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t use Farhena for anything unlawful, misleading, or abusive, and don’t attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. You may only upload content you have the right to use — including any photo or music you add to your invitation.

4. Payment and publishing

Publishing an invitation requires a one-time payment (currently EGP 499). Payment is made by manual transfer via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash to the details shown at checkout; you upload proof of the transfer, and an administrator reviews it.

Your invitation goes live (guest links become active) once we confirm the transfer. Until then your guest links remain inactive. Include the reference code shown at checkout in your transfer so we can match it.

5. Your content and your guests

You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display your invitation to the guests you choose. You are responsible for the guest details you enter and for any content you upload.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may revise these terms — continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Farhena is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the preceding twelve months.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in Egypt.
