Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your invitation. Because Farhena is a digital product unlocked by a manual transfer, this policy explains when and how a refund applies.

1. Before your invitation is published

If you paid but your invitation has not yet been published (guest links not yet activated), you can request a full refund of your transfer.

2. After publishing

Once your invitation is published and your guest links are live, the digital product has been delivered, so payments are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong on our side — for example a technical fault that prevented your invitation from working — contact us and we will make it right, which may include a refund.

3. How to request a refund

Email us with the reference code from your payment and the email on your account. We aim to review requests within a few business days.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the same InstaPay or Vodafone Cash account you transferred from, less any unavoidable transfer fees. Processing time depends on the wallet or bank involved.
