1. Information we collect

Account details — your email address, and an optional phone number you provide at sign-up or before payment.

Invitation content — the details you add to your invitation: partner names, date and time, venue, welcome message, photo, and a music link.

Guest details you enter — the names, phone numbers, and chosen language for the guests you invite, so we can generate their personal links.

Guest activity — when a guest opens their invitation and their RSVP response (attending or declined, party size, and any message they leave).

Payment records — for a manual InstaPay or Vodafone Cash transfer: the receipt screenshot you upload, your reference code, the method, and the amount.

Technical data — the minimal cookies and server logs needed to keep you signed in and operate the site securely.

2. How we use it

To create and run your account, build your invitation, generate guest links, and show you RSVP analytics.

To verify manual payments and unlock publishing once a transfer is confirmed.

To secure, maintain, debug, and improve the service.

We do not sell your data or your guests’ data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Where your data is stored

Your data is hosted by our infrastructure provider, Supabase, on managed PostgreSQL databases and object storage. Uploaded payment receipts are kept in a private storage bucket that only our payment-reviewing admins can access via short-lived links.

4. Your guests’ data

You are responsible for the guest details you enter and for having a reasonable basis to invite those people. We process that information on your behalf solely to deliver the invitations and collect RSVPs — we do not contact your guests for our own purposes.

5. Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you logged in and to run the site. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and invitation data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its associated data at any time. Some records may be retained where needed for legal, security, or accounting reasons.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent, by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and highlight significant changes on this page.
